This is my central dashbaord where I track the big picture of my goals for the year. I’ve focused my goals around actions instead of outcomes. Instead of setting a weight goal, I’ve set a goal to keep a food diary (action) and close my Apple Watch rings daily (action). Those actions will lead me to my desired weight (outcome) and better migraine management (outcome). The same principle applies to my goal of establishing a daily reading and meditation habit.
